Something not working? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Common issues

Workflow generates 0 posts: The most common issue. Your workflow runs but nothing appears in the Pipeline. Usually caused by missing calendar slots, automation toggled off, or a missing Anthropic key.

Content doesn't sound like me: The AI is writing in a generic tone. Your brand voice settings need more detail.

Scheduling issues: Posts not publishing, going at the wrong times, or showing up on the wrong account.

Quick diagnostic checklist
Before diving into specific troubleshooting, verify:
- Anthropic API key is configured (Settings → Workspace → API Keys)
- At least one channel is connected (Settings → Channels)
- Workflow automation is enabled (Settings → Schedule → Workflow Automation)
- Calendar slots exist for today's day of the week (Settings → Schedule → Weekly Posting Schedule)
If all four are good, click Run workflow on the Command Center to trigger an immediate run and see what happens.
